Shipping Information
SHIPPING OF PACKAGES
The Resort will only accept pre-paid packages. The Resort will refuse any packages delivered C.O.0. and the resort will make no notification to the shipper. All packages must contain a label giving the following information:
- Recipients name/ Organization name
- Group Contact (sales/catering)
- Meeting room name and date
- Name of person that will claim package if other than recipient
- Return address
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
Receiving Charges: Delivery to Meeting Space or Guest room included
- $250.00 per pallet and/or skid to receive
- $50.00 per case/crate to receive
- $5.00 each for individual boxes less than 50 lbs. and/or envelopes to receive
- All pallets, crates, and/or large boxes weighing over 300 pounds will be charged an additional $110.00 each and for every 300 pounds thereafter.
Storage Charges:
- Complimentary storage for a 24 hour period
- Charge of $100.00 per pallet per day
- Charge of $25.00 per case/crate per day
- Charge of $3.00 per individual box less than 50 lbs. and/or envelopes
- Case Charge of $25 will apply for boxes in excess of 50 lbs
Special packaging, oversize, overweight, fragile items, etc. will be charged additionally based on materials used.
Outgoing Processing and Handling Fees:
- All individual outgoing items (boxes, letters, envelopes, tubes, flats, etc) are at Fed-Ex prevailing rates plus a 20% service charge
