Dismantling is scheduled:       Wedesday, 24 October, after the conference

Wednesday, 23 October          08.30 a.m. to noon

The exhibition will be set up in the conference pre-function area.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipments (in/out) to the conference hotel are allowed from
Thursday, October 17 to Thursday, October 24.

To ensure prompt delivery onsite, all exhibitor packages must be labeled with the following information:  

* Venue address (HOTEL FIRA PALACE, Av. Rius i Taulet, 1-3, E-08004, Barcelona, Spain)
* Name of the conference (NNT 2013)
* Exhibitors Name (Name of your company)
* Onsite Exhibition Contact Name (Name of the ticket holder / booth staff)

The exhibitor will be entiteled to one or two full conference tickets - depending on the package have been booked!

Exhibition space will be available on a first come first served basis.

The offered standard exhibition space of 6 square metres includes ^[1]

* 1 table (1,35 x 0,68 m), 2 chairs
* Basic cleaning (the exhibitor will be charged for any waste or packaging 
   material left)
* Free Wireless LAN access

€ 1.600 per standard exhibition space (excl. VAT), including 1 full conference ticket
               
€ 2.100 per premium located exhibition space (excl. VAT), including 1 full
